As a tourism icon of Belitung, directly faced from main land we can see the beautiful stone island that shaped as a hawk head, named locally as “Batu Gerude” or stone of Garuda (most powerful hawk of Ramayana legend) you may visit it.

Using local fisherman boat, this island tour will give you a new experiences will never be forgotten along life. Even only use simple boat, but this island tour is safe because this tour only sail in undangerous trip that protected by these islands those have another function as wave breaker.

Our spots destination of this island tour package are:

• We start from Tanjungkelayang Beach, a most beautiful beach with pure white sand,clear blue sea and enjoying the exotic panorama of ‘batu gerude’ and Kelayang island, here we will be picked by boat to make a voyage toward our regular destination. The adventure will begin soon,

• Next destination, we will sail around “Batu Gerude” (Stone of Garuda) and Kelayang Island. Kelayang is a local tongue that mean swallow bird. It is named as Kelayang Island cause of the existance of a small rock cave on this island as the comfortable habitat for swallow bird nesting. In this spot, we may see the Garuda Stone closer and we can take pictures of this amazing granite stone which is shaped naturally,

• The adventure will be continue toward Sand Island. This island is only a heap of pure white sand in the middle of clear blue sea and only be seen when low tide is happen. This panorama is very very beautiful place to be visited,

• Then we will reach Pig Island or Big Island or Aji Island but official name for this island is Kepayang Island. Whatever the name of this island , the panorama of nature and under water is the most beautiful place for our tourism destination. This island situated in front of Sand Island, when the extreme low tide season, you may walk from sand island to this island. On the western part of this island, you can see a gulf which always calm wave such likea big swimming pool, here you will find most attractive natural view, with the gradataion of natural colour from Clear Blue sea water meet Pure White of beach sand with the background of Green of vegetation and jungle, these are really a perfect natural picture. Beside those all, you may find under water beauty by snorkeling,

• Next Destination, we will visit a most famous Island is Lengkuas Island. This island has been renowned all aroun the world for it is panorama with a strong Light house stand on it, such like a candle light in the middle of pool garden. Beside that, this island also suitable to have Snorkeling and Diving because underwater view on this island has beautiful reef and colourfull of coral fish. For knowing, this island is outer island on this tourism sector,

• On the way return to mainland, we will visit Bird Island. this island is situated on the sea shore of Tanjung Binga Village, here we will enjoy our adventure by swimming on clear blue sea with pure white sand, and we can find a big granite stone near of the beach shaped like a bird head,

• Close to the mainland, we will enjoy the panorama of Pegadoran Island, an island with granite stone floor island, and above this island grow up green vegetation that make a small jungle, it is really beautifull and exotic island of god creation that you will never find on the other place in the world,

• Before we finish our adventure, it is better to visit a most favorite photography spot on Batu Belayar sand Island. It is named batu belayar sand island because this spot just formed a pile of pure white sand and only appear when the low tide happened, above this sand island standing strongly two big granite stone that shaped like two sails, it is high approximately 7 metters. This place is so special cause of the view is very attractive place you can see, two big sail stone raise up from white pure sands which surrounded by clear blue sea,

• On the end of adventure, we will come back to Tanjung Kelayang Beach, but before we arrive, we can still enjoy viewing nice place along our finish sailing time.

This island tour need approximately 5 hours, for more enjoying adventure, earlier start is better especially for photographic hobbiest to have sun rise time...
